How much does shipping cost ?Shipping fee for Peninsula Malaysia is RM10, Sabah & Sarawak is RM20.

What payment do you accept ?Credit/Debit/PayPal Payments though debit/credit cards are verified by Paypal are done to avoid any fraudulence activities. For payments with debit/credit card, please select PayPal and choose "Pay as Guest". If you wish to proceed to pay with your PayPal account, please sign in and pay as you would with other sites. Online Transfer ( BillPlz ) You can process a payment transfer (via online banking) to our account by selecting BillPlz during check-out. No extra charges will be imposed via this payment as we have absorbed the necessary fees for customers that pays via this method. ATM You can bank in to us via Cash Deposit machines to our account accordingly and email the proof of payment to yimanuelon9store@gmail.com. Please provide us your order number, personal details and the proof of payment for easier verification.Please note that if you do not make payment within 24 hours of the order, your order will automatically be canceled.

Can i amend or cancel my order ?Yes, you can but you will need to email as within the first 48 hours so that we won’t process your order. T&C apply.

Do you restock item ?Yes, we do. Please provide the product name through email and write "Out of Stock" on the email title for us to notify you once the items are back in stock.

Will you refund my delivery charge ?Unfortunately, we don’t (unless it is returns for product defects). Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable for replacements/exchanges/refunds until the item reaches our office.

Will you inform my returned item ?We will email you as soon as we receive and process the parcel to let you know that it is safely in our hands.

Can i collect or return a parcel in person to you ?We truly apologize as we don't accept walk-in pickup and/or returns any items. You may ship your item to us via courier accordingly. Contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

What is Google *temporary g.co/helppay ?Is that's Google submitting a TEMPORARY charge to the bank to ask them to confirm that the card number is valid and active.It's just a temporary charge. Google isn't actually asking for or getting money The bank records the temporary charge so you know someone checked your card. That will vanish in a few days (it is up to the bank to do that and different banks hold them for different times).
